I would HIGHLY recommend using Shabir if you have a home or apartment to rent out.
First he did an excellent job marketing our place, from YouTube videos to Instagram posts. He highlighted things that he knew would be attractive to potential tenants in his videos. He helped us make our unit very competitive in the market.
He also was very diligent in vetting potential tenants. He made sure anyone he brought to us could meet the criteria we had for tenants. When he brought us potential tenants he took our questions and made sure he got thorough answers. He also was willing to give his professional opinion when we needed it and, most importantly, it was always well informed.
When we finally selected a tenant he handled the engagement in the paperwork and the payment. He made sure everything was in order and only came to us for the essential things he needed.
Overall, I would highly recommend Shabir to anyone looking to rent out property or even looking to rent themselves.
Anyone who has been a landlord knows it is very hard to find a relative who is good at marketing, tenant vetting and paperwork. Shabir excelled at all three.
